Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Any item may be returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  Please note, items that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.  So we recommend you return any items by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage.  Goods are returned at your own expense. 

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.  For any customised gifts or specially made gifts such as wedding favours, corporate gifts or plant and floral arrangements we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the value. 

All transactions are governed by the law of England.
