Delivery

We normally dispatch within 5 working days from receipt of order and cleared funds while items are in stock.  Items are posted 1st class and require a signature or by standard parcel rate.  ALL P&P PRICES QUOTED ARE QUOTED AT COST.  WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.   Prices quoted for this service are for mainland UK only.  Each postal charge quoted is for single items.  For multiple purchase orders we will advise you of postage and packaging charges before being issued.  For international postage rates please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

If your order is urgent please call us to discuss and we will do our best to help you.  For any made-to-order gifts such as wedding favours or corporate gifts please allow up to 21 days.  Alternatively, you can arrange for collection of goods yourself by agreeing a day and time prior to pick up.  All goods are subject to availability.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Our standard delivery for artificial plants, arrangements and B2B products is up to 28 days from receipt of order, unless otherwise stated.  If items are out of stock you will be notified immediately.

Delivery of the goods will be made at the buyers address unless an alternative delivery address is given.  The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.  Normal delivery is made Monday to Friday, however we can arrange for a Saturday or Sunday delivery if required.  No goods delivered to the buyer which are in accordance with the contract will be accepted for return without the prior approval of the seller. 

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, highlands and international deliveries will be quoted separately upon application
