  2. After you have finished your selection click "Add to Cart" to add a product to your shopping cart.
  3. View your shopping cart contents before final purchase by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust the quantity or remove items from your order here as well.
  4. We accept most major credit cards including Visa,MasterCard, Switch, American Express, Delta, Solo,direct debit AND payments by PayPal.
After you review your shopping cart contents, you will be asked for your  preferred payment option.  You have the option of paying by credit, debit card or Paypal. This transaction is completely secure.


Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We normally despatch within 2-5 working days from receipt of order. If your order is urgent please let us know before 12pm (midday) when ordering, and we will make every effort to despatch the same day providing stock levels allow. Orders received after this time will be routinely processed the following working day.

We use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service as our preferred delivery method for goods delivered to mainland UK.

Delivery time for UK is quoted by Royal Mail as being up to 3 working days from the date of despatch. Please be aware that Public Holidays and seasonal workload variations, such as those around Christmas, may cause delays to the standard service.

Consignments to Europe and the Rest of the World are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail service, Parcel Force Worldwide or similar carrier.


What is the cost for postage and packaging?

Our delivery charges are based on a ready to dispatch boxed weight. We use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service as our preferred delivery method for goods dispatched to mainland UK. Consignments to Europe and the Rest of the World are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail service, Parcel Force Worldwide or similar carrier.

For multiple purchases, the postage and packaging charge will reflect the combined boxed weight of the consignment.

We do not profit from P&P and materials are charged to the customer at cost.  Please note our P&P charges include the cost of postage using Royal Mail or other carrier, standard packing cartons, loose void fill, other packaging materials as appropriate and a small amount to include the time spent packing your consignment. For International shipments we ensure all packaging is carried out to export standard. For further information see our trading terms

We take the issue of customer privacy very seriously and our privacy policy is designed to respect your personal privacy and to protect any personal data we may acquire in the course of our business.
Personal data held by us will be limited to that required to enable us to:

• deal effectively with customer enquiries
• process and dispatch customer orders
• follow up and confirm receipt of goods
• process payments
• advise those customers, who have given us their prior consent, of seasonal, special offers or new product lines which we believe may be of interest to them
• maintain our books and accounts to the standard required by our accountants and for the purpose of statutory audit

In accordance with the Data Protection Principles, all data held shall be relevant to the above six purposes, shall be up to date and securely stored to prevent accidental disclosure. We maintain security systems that will be regularly updated to ensure the security of stored data and communications between Natural Senses and our customers.

If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter which will give details of new products and promotions, you will be asked to specify the product types which interest you. Pricing and payment
All product prices are quoted in GB pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing standard rate. The total price at Checkout will display the post and packaging charges separately.
While we make every effort to ensure that the product description, prices and delivery costs shown on the website are correct, we realise that genuine mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to refund your payment if a genuine error has been made in respect of the price or description shown.
You can choose to pay using your registered PayPal account or through your credit or debit card. Payment, which is made online at the time of ordering, includes price of product and delivery. Payment is made via Paypal in a secure environment.
All seasonal offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. You may then cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid.
If you require a VAT invoice, please advise us when placing your order and provide us with your company name, contact details, address. email and VAT registration number.

Every care is taken when packing customer orders to ensure that the goods reach you safely and in good condition.

As part of our commitment to providing good customer service we acknowledge receipt of orders by email and also issue a dispatch notification. Goods will be dispatched to the shipping address supplied to us when the order is received.

Customers should ensure that a correct and complete shipping address is supplied to us at the time of ordering. Incorrect addresses or changes to shipping addresses after the order has been dispatched are beyond the control of Natural Senses and we can not be held liable for losses arising from incorrect address information supplied to us. Therefore, customers should inform us immediately by email upon receipt of our order acknowledgement of any inaccuracies in the shipping details they have supplied.

If you have not received your goods within 5 working days from the date on which you receive our despatch notification, please notify us by email and we will make enquiries on your behalf with Royal Mail on the delivery status of your consignment, and notify you of the result as soon as possible.


Returns and refunds
While every care is taken when packing orders, occasional damage may occur in transit. Should any goods arrive damaged or faulty please advise us by email within 7 days of receipt of goods, quoting the order reference given on the despatch note which accompanied your consignment. Depending on your stated preference, we will either replace damaged or faulty items or offer a refund of the full amount paid, including any return postage costs.

While we work hard to offer an attractive range of products with which our customers will be delighted, the Distance Selling Regulations allow customers to return an item for a refund if they have changed their mind and no longer require it. If this is the case, please notify us by email immediately after receiving your consignment. Arrangements can then be made for returning the item to us. A full refund will be given within 7 working days from receipt of returned goods providing the goods have not been used. Any items received in a non re-saleable condition will be subject to a reduced refund amount.
The purchase price of returned goods will be refunded provided the goods have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition. The return postage cost is to be paid by you. To ensure as far as possible safe return to us, we strongly advise that customers retain and reuse where possible the original packaging and consign the item by Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. Please note that any items returned without prior notification or inadequate documentation may be subject to a delay in issuing a refund.

French Artificial Flowers is a brand name owned by Natural Senses. Natural Senses claims as its intellectual property this website, together with its text and all other content and images. Without our prior written consent, no one may transfer, adapt, copy or reproduce or otherwise disseminate any part of the content or its source HTML code in any form or by any means except for the sole purpose of viewing its content. This includes uploading or downloading of content and images without written prior consent of Natural Senses.


General

All terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
